Returns and exchanges

Is your purchase not quite what you expected? That's a shame, but it is of course no problem to return your order. Please send an email to info@huisje44.nl including your order number and the item you wish to return. You will then receive the address details by email so that you can send the package back. You can return your purchase within 14 days of receipt if it meets the requirements below. After processing your return, you will receive a confirmation by email. You will receive your refund no later than 14 days after your notification, usually within 7 days after we have received your return.

Return requirements:

- You may unpack and view the product as you would in a store. If it is worth less after that due to further use or damage, we may deduct that difference from your refund.

- Return costs are for the sender

- You are personally responsible for the package until we have received the return. Therefore, please keep your proof of shipment safe.

- Discounted items purchased online can be returned as usual. Exchanges are not possible for discounted items purchased in the store.

What if you bought a product in the store and want to return it?

If you have purchased a product in the store that you would like to return, please bring the product with the price tag attached and your receipt within 14 days. You will not receive a refund, but a credit note valid for two years.
