What does shipping cost?
Shipping within the Netherlands costs €4.95, and it is free for orders over €50. You can read everything about shipping costs and delivery times on the shipping page.
How soon will I receive my order?
We will ship your order as soon as possible. Within the Netherlands, you will usually receive it within 1 to 3 business days.
Can I pick up my order in the store?
Yes, choose pick-up at checkout. Pick-up at Wijdstraat 4 in Gouda is free and is often possible on the same day, during opening hours.
Could you wrap this as a gift?
Yes, and that is free of charge. Tick the "Gift wrap" option for the product. If you are putting together a gift via Custom Gift, you can also add a card with your own personal message.
How do I know if an item is in stock?
What you can order online, we can deliver. If it says "on order," we will order it especially for you. Unsure if an item is in the store? Send us a message on WhatsApp at 06-22274340.
Can I return an online purchase?
Yes, within 14 days of receipt, undamaged and in the original packaging. First, send an email to info@huisje44.nl with your order number. Return shipping costs are at your expense. You can read everything about returns on the returns page.
When will I get my money back?
Within 7 days of us receiving your return, including the shipping costs you paid with your order.
I bought something at the store. Can I exchange it?
Return it within 14 days with the receipt and price tag, and you will receive a gift voucher valid for two years.
Where are you located and when are you open?
At Wijdstraat 4, 2801 KC Gouda, in the city center. We are open from Wednesday to Saturday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM and on Sunday from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM. We are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. Plan your visit.
Can I reach the shop by car?
Behind the Geldmaat by the small bridge, there is a loading and unloading zone. Please pay close attention to the signs. Plan your route and parking via our visitor page.

Do you have gift vouchers?
Yes, from €10 to €100. You can spend the gift card online and in-store, and it has no expiry date.
Can I have a maternity package or other gift put together?
Yes. Put it together yourself via the maternity package or one of our other custom gifts. Are you looking for something specific, a larger package, or a beautiful basket? Tell Marvin what you are looking for, and you can put it together in consultation.
How does the silk flower workshop work?
You create your own silk bouquet in the shop during an evening of approximately two hours (7:30 PM to 9:30 PM). The workshop costs €59.95 per person, including a €40 starting budget for flowers. The date is scheduled in consultation, also with your own group. More about the workshops.
Can I try out an armchair first?
Certainly, feel free to come into the store and try it out. If the model you want isn't there, we can order it for you. The delivery time is approximately 1 week.
Which brands do you carry?
Including WoodWick, Millefiori Milano, Bridgewater, Little Dutch, STILL, Home Society, Chamada, PTMD and wallpaper from Dutch Wallcoverings.
