Article 1: Definitions

In these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:
1. Entrepreneur: The natural or legal person who offers products directly from the store or at a distance to consumers.
2. Consumer: The natural person who enters into an agreement directly from the store or at a distance with the entrepreneur.
3. Agreement directly from the store or at a distance: An agreement whereby, in the context of a system organized by the entrepreneur for the sale of products directly or at a distance, one or more techniques for distance communication are used exclusively up to and including the conclusion of the agreement at a distance.
4. Technique for distance communication: Means that can be used for concluding an agreement, without the consumer and entrepreneur having met simultaneously in the same room.
5. Cooling-off period: The period within which the consumer can exercise his right of withdrawal.
6. Right of withdrawal: The possibility for the consumer to waive the agreement within the cooling-off period.
7. Day: calendar day.
8. Duration transaction: An agreement directly from the store or at a distance regarding a series of products for which the obligation to deliver and/or purchase is spread over time.
9. Durable medium: Any means that enables the consumer or entrepreneur to store information that is addressed to him personally in a way that allows future consultation and unchanged reproduction of the stored information.

Article 3: Applicability
1. These general terms and conditions apply to every offer made by the entrepreneur and to every agreement concluded between the entrepreneur and the consumer.
2. Before the agreement is concluded, the text of these general terms and conditions is made available to the consumer in the store or can be viewed in the webshop.
3. In the event that specific product conditions apply in addition to these general terms and conditions, these will be stated with the products.
4. We may amend these terms and conditions, for example, if the law changes. For orders you have already placed, nothing will change.



Article 4: The offer
1. If an offer has a limited period of validity or is made subject to conditions, this is explicitly stated in the offer.
2. The offer will be as complete and accurate as possible. If images are used, these will be true to life.
3. Each offer contains such information that it is clear to the consumer what the rights and obligations are. In particular:
* The price in the webshop includes VAT
The potential costs of delivery.
* The method of payment and/or delivery of the goods.



Article 5: The Agreement
1. The agreement is concluded at the moment of acceptance by the consumer of the offer and compliance with the corresponding conditions.
2. If the consumer has accepted the offer by electronic means, the entrepreneur will immediately confirm receipt of the acceptance of the offer by electronic means. As long as the receipt of this acceptance has not been confirmed, the consumer can rescind the agreement.
3. If the agreement is concluded electronically, the entrepreneur will ensure a secure web environment. For electronic payment, the entrepreneur will take appropriate security measures.



Article 6: Delivery and execution
1. The entrepreneur will observe the greatest possible care when receiving and executing orders.
2. The risk of damage and/or loss of products rests with the entrepreneur until the moment of delivery to the consumer, unless explicitly agreed otherwise. After that, the risk transfers directly to the consumer.
3. The entrepreneur is entitled to carry out the delivery in stages and to invoice the thus delivered separately.
4. Delivery by mail (parcel)
We send all parcels with PostNL.


Article 7: Payment
The amount to be paid concerns the full purchase amount and the shipping costs. All prices are in euros and include VAT. You pay with the payment methods you see in the checkout. There are no additional costs. After receipt of your payment, we will send you a confirmation by e-mail.


Article 8: Withdrawal/returns
For online orders, a cooling-off period of 14 days applies. The complete rules, including the model withdrawal form, are in our return policy.

Article 9: Guarantee and conformity
You are entitled to a product that does what you may expect of it. If something turns out to be wrong within a year of delivery, we assume that the defect was already present at the time of delivery, unless we can demonstrate otherwise. We will then repair or replace the product free of charge; if that is not possible, you will receive (a part of) your money back. A manufacturer's warranty is in addition to this.
